COURTWRIGHT, Austin Bay, 6, of Bellaire, OH, 
died Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at Children’s 
Hospital of Pittsburgh.
He was born December 1, 2003, in Wheeling, WV, 
son of Gary Ray Courtwright and Melody Ann 
Charnock Courtwright.
He was preceded in death by his paternal 
grandmother, Helen Courtwright; his maternal 
grandfather, David Fleming; and an uncle, Melvin 
Courtwright.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a 
sister, Danna Courtwright; three brothers, 
Steven and Cody Courtwright, and Greg Carter, 
Jr; his maternal grandmother, Mary Jane Fleming 
of Valley Grove; his paternal grandfather, Joe 
Courtwright of Bellaire, OH; his maternal 
grandfather, Richard Charnock, Sr. of Wheeling; 
his maternal great-grandmother, Sarah Hall of 
Valley Grove; several aunts and uncles, great 
aunts and uncles, and cousins.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. 
on Monday, June 21, 2001, and again on Tuesday, 
June 22, 2010, from 1 until time of services at 
2 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, (304-242-
2311) 166 Kruger Street, Elm Grove, Wheeling, 
with the Reverend Kevin Rowland officiating. 
Interment in Park View Memorial Gardens, 
Wheeling.
