Kindelberger, Eileen Virginia Downing, 88, 
formerly of 29th St., Wheeling, died Sunday, 
June 20, 2010 in the Peterson Rehabilitation 
Hospital and Geriatric Center, Wheeling.
	She was born September 2, 1921 in 
Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Maurice 
Joseph and Della Regina Auten Downing.
	Mrs. Kindelberger was a retired 
Assistant Project Manager for Seeing Hand 
Association in Wheeling and a member of the 
Former St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
	In addition to her parents, she was 
preceded in death by her husband, Edward Allan 
Kindelberger in 1978; two brothers; and two 
sisters.
	Surviving are two sons, Ronald E. 
Kindelberger and his wife, Minnie of Wheeling 
and Mark Kindelberger and his wife, Carol of 
Triadelphia, WV; a daughter, Jill Ann 
Kindelberger Ratcliffe; of Wheeling; two 
brothers, Richard Downing and his wife, Mary Lou 
of Wheeling, and Franklin Downing and his wife, 
Charlotte of Wheeling; seven grandchildren; 
three great-grandchildren.
	Friends will be received from 10 until 
the time of services at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, 
June 23, 2010 at the Kepner Funeral Home, 36th 
and Jacob St., South Wheeling, with the Deacon 
Douglas Brieding officiating. Interment in 
Halcyon 
Hills Memorial Garden, Sherrerd, WV.
