Kudlak, Paul, 85, of Wheeling passed away at 
Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital on Sunday, July 
18, 2010. 
	Paul was born in Wheeling, son of the 
late John and Katherine Debenski Kudlak on 
August 14, 1924.		
	He is survived by his loving wife of 65 
years, Mildred Hensel Kudlak and son, Paul 
Philip Kudlak, II and wife, Genevieve “Genny” of 
Wheeling.  He is also“Pap” to three 
grandchildren, Nichole Perani and husband, 
Nathan of Norwalk, OH, Paul Philip Kudlak, III 
and Natalie Kudlak, both of Chicago, IL; and 
great-granddaughter, Noelle Perani.  He was a 
loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.
	“Pap” will always be remembered by his 
family as being loving and caring and will be 
sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
	He was preceded in death by two infant 
sons, Joseph Kudlak and Timothy Kudlak; seven 
brothers, John, Mike, Mickey, McCoy, Peter,  
Walter and Steven, and four sisters, Katherine 
Miller, Irene Singer, Mary Kudlak and Anna 
Kudlak.
	Paul retired as manager of Tri-State 
Dismanteling of Wheeling and Gilbert Iron and 
Metal of Steubenville, OH. He was a member of 
Elm Grove United Methodist Church.
	At Paul’s request, there will be no 
visitation and his life will be celebrated 
privately.
	Memorial contributions maybe made to the 
Elm Grove United Methodist Church, 125 Kruger 
St., Wheeling, WV., and Our Lady of Perpetual 
Help Ukrainian Church, 4136 Jacob St., Wheeling, 
WV.
