BREMER, John “Jack” Lee, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010, after a hard fought battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Monica Bremer, children, Julie Bremer, Jill Bremer, Jamie Bremer, Jennifer Bremer and Oliver Villa; a grandson, Tanner Hahn; a cousin, Barbara Lewis; and too many friends to count. With the exception of a ten-year period in Florida, John resided in Wheeling, West Virginia where he practiced law. He was also the proud founder of OLLIE’S HILLTOP and DAVINCI’S PIZZARIA. He pursued his undergraduate degree at Marshall University where he was a member of the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity, and received his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. John was a Third Degree Mason and a member of Wheeling Lodge No. 5. He was an avid scuba diver and enjoyed travel as well as spending time with the “Pitts Club” members. Friends will be received Friday, July 30, 2010, from 11 a.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, National Road at Bethany Pike, Wheeling (304-232-2732) with the Rev. Dr. Timothy J. Allen officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling. Personal condolences may be offered to the family at www.kepnerfuneral.com. |
