Mom, I never thought this day would come that I would have to say "so long for now" but I will always have you in my heart. It still hurts knowing that I could not do more for you and to have you a little while longer, but God has received a very special person that will watch over us and give us the strength we need. I only hope that I can carry on your caring and wisdom until we meet again. I love and miss you. Your daughter, Betty Ann.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I am so sorry I could not make it to Wheeling for the service. Icy was one of a kind. She loved her family to no end, was one of the hardest working people I have ever come across, made me laugh all the time, was just a first class lady.

Icy Bippus was maybe the kindest, gentlest, most loving person I have ever known. It was a joy to have known her, to have worked with her, to get to see her every day. She was absolutely one of a kind, and I have been blessed to have known her.
