Menz, Earla Adelia Johnson, 100, of Wheeling, WV died on January 5, 2013 at her home. She was born on October 20, 1912 in Wheeling, the daughter of the late Earl and Lela Jackson Johnson. Earla was the oldest member of St. Paul's Evangelical Church in South Wheeling. She retired from Warwick China Company, Conrad Crafters and the housekeeping department of Peterson Hospital. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Menz in 1955 and her daughter, Alice Jones. Surviving are a daughter, Arlene L. Florjanczyk and her husband, Paul of Wheeling; a son-in-law, Kenneth Jones of Waynesboro, Pa.; grandson, Charles Florjanczyk and his wife, Leslie of Wheeling; granddaughter, Barbara Renzella and her husband, Nicholas of Glen Dale; grandson, Michael Jones and his wife, Laura of Hollidaysburg, Pa; granddaughter, Angela Hulton and her husband, Robert of New Market, Md.; Great grandhchildren, Calista (Scott) Anderson, Aleksandr Florjanczyk, Brandon (Brittany) Jones, Jacob Jones, Ryan Baloga, Shawn and Joe Hulton, Stepchildren; Tony (Melissa) Renzella, Brian (Claudia) Renzella, Nicholas (Allyson ) Renzella; Step Grandchildren; Kelsey Renzella, Anthony Renzella, Alexander Renzella and Aidan Renzella. Friends received on Monday, January 7, 2013 from 5- 8 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 3545 Jacob St. South Wheeling, (304)232-4060 and on Tuesday, January 8 at 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. with the Reverend Mark A. Zelewicz, Sr. Officiating. Interment at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
