Ruttencutter, Hazel, 75 of South Wheeling, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 in Wheeling Hospital.

Hazel was born in Wheeling, WV on November 30, 1937, daughter of the late Sam and Mildred Wildman Houston.

She was a homemaker and a Protestant by faith.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Fredric Ruttencutter Sr, three brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Ruttencutter is survived by three sons, Fred W.(Bonnie) Ruttencutter of Wheeling, James N. (Carmen) Ruttencutter of Bridgereport, Ohio, and David E. Ruttencutter of Martins Ferry, Ohio.

Also surviving are five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

There will no visitation or services.
