Miller, Howard Jr., 63, of Triadelphia, Wheeling, WV, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2012 in Wheeling Hospital.
Mr. Miller was born on September 21, 1949, the son of Howard Miller Sr. and the late Martha Lee Renforth Miller.
Howard was a self-employed carpenter, a Protestant by faith, and a former member of the Elm Grove Eagles. He enjoyed golf, he lived for his grandchildren and loved playing jokes on everybody.
In addition to his mother, Howard is preceded in death by two infant twin brothers.
Howard is survived by his wife, Helen Elizabeth Hieronimus Miller, his father, Howard Miller Sr., four sons, Howard (Aileen) Miller III, Joshua (Robyn) Miller, Jason Miller, all of Wheeling, WV, and John Daniel Miller of Montana, two daughters, Jennifer (Edgar) Miller, Wheeling, and Helen (Joe) Miller of California, three brothers, George Thomas Gilpin of California, Steve (Nini) Miller, Wheeling, and Kevin (Kim) Gilpin, of Virginia, six sisters, Vivian Hudson, of Virginia, Marsha Yaeger, of Texas, Donna (Frank) DeFede, of Florida, Nadine Black, of California, Carla (Tim) Minor, Wheeling, WV, and Peggy Hupp, of Virginia., also a favorite aunt whom he lived with, Mary Renforth of Wheeling. Seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild and his former wife, Karen E. Miller, Wheeling, WV.
Friends will be received on Monday, November 19, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Road, Wheeling, WV, where services will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Major John Blevins officiating.
Interment Stone Church Cemetery.
