Lucas, John "Jack" Robert, 65, of Wheeling, WV., died Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Liza's Place, Wheeling.

He was born February 7, 1947 in Wheeling, WV., the son of Florence Marchlenski Schau of Wheeling.

Jack retired from the Purchasing Department at Wesbanco Bank in Wheeling; he was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Wheeling; He was a life time member of the North American Fishing Club and he was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jeanette Marchlenski; a brother, Michael Alley; a special friend Leah Brown and an Aunt, Luella Edge

In addition to his mother he is survived a brother, Keith Calmbacher of Wheeling; a sister, Trudy Habursky and her husband,, Steve of Wheeling; a niece, Kari Habursky of Wheeling; two nephews, Devin and Conner Calmbacher both of Wheeling; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends will be received from Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 36th and Jacob St., South Wheeling (304-232-4060) where services will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Mary Prather officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.

For Jack's Family

I went to school with Jack at Ritchie Junior High and at Wheeling High School. I had lost track of him after high school but I remember him very well and am so sad to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this sad time. Sharon Bowen Marshall

In Memory of Jack

Florence and Family, my prayers & thoughts are with you; so sorry, Jack was my friend, could see him once in awhile from kitchen window, getting in his car; I didn't know Jack was that bad, I only get out to go to dr. & the are are no neighbors left to even care about.... I like Jack and feel so bad but heaven with the Angels now... I admired him ever so much that he was such a fighter....you're in my prayers...

So Sorry for your Loss

Florence, Trudy and Keith: There are truly no words to express how I feel except that I am so sorry for your loss and what a terrible thing to have to go through.
