Jim and family: Thinking of you at this very sad time in your lives. I have such fond memories of Chappy when we went to West Liberty. She was a very special friend who always had time to listen to others and offer advice. She made the world a better place. May God bless you all and give you peace.

Dear Wharton Family,

Please accept my sympathies for the loss of your Mom. Some of my best memories were spent at your home with your wonderful family. Your Mom was always fun to be around and a great listener to whatever teenage drama was unfolding and gave good advice. She was a special person and I'm lucky to have been around her when I was growing up. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,
Jayna

Wendy and Todd and family: I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I haven't lost a parent so I can only imagine the depth of your loss. God gave you each other so you wouldn't have to go through things like this alone. Bless you all as you gather together in love and sharing.

I was so very sorry to get the news of Mrs. Wharton's passing from Josh this afternoon---but very grateful to him for providing ways in which we could get in touch. Your family holds a very special place in my heart and always will for the many ways you made me laugh and made me feel loved throughout all our time together in Wheeling, and that heart just aches for all of you now. She was an amazing woman and she and Jim built an incredible family---and I send an enormous amount of love and sympathy to you all. Holding thoughts of peace and healing for all of you out here in California..... Love always, Michelle

I will always cherish the long conversations sitting with Carolin at her home. We laughed, and cried. We were flippant, serious, and joyous. Carolin was an amazing, intelligent woman. My love to all the family.
