Kilgore, Mildred Ann Touvell, 65, of Wheeling, passed away on February 5, 2013 at her residence.

She was born on June 20, 1947 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late George and Sophie Szaboro Touvell.

Mildred was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith.

In addition to parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul.

Mrs. Kilgore is survived by her daughter, Rose Ann Touvell of Wheeling, one son, LeRoy Touvell also of Wheeling, one brother, George J. Touvell of Wheeling, six sisters, Mary Touvell of Maryland, Rose Touvell Jeffries, Bellaire, Ohio, Mable Newland, Wheeling, Marie Brewers, also of Bellaire, Ohio, Betty Morris, Wheeling and Margaret Touvell Mintz of Florida. Also surviving are five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

There will be no visitation.

Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 10:30 a.m at Kepner Funeral Home, 1308 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV, with Elder James M. Agnew officiating.
