Collins, Otha Harold, 82, of Wheeling died on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at his home.He was born July 9, 1930 in Gilmore County, son of the late Oda and Eva Castow Collins. Otha was a retired coal miner, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and a protestant by faith.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mavis Langford Collins and two sons, William and Jimmy Collins.  Surviving are a son; Kenny Collins, a daughter; Debbie Sparks both of Wheeling, three grandchildren; Theresa and Ryan Sparks and James Collins; a brother, three sisters and three great grandchildren.  Friends will be received on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Ave. Wheeling (304) 277-2722 where services will be held on Wednesday, November 14 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be held in Short Creek cemetery.
