Niehaus, Robert Joseph, 54, of Wheeling, WV., died Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at home.

He was born February 3, 1957 in Wheeling, WV the son of the late Robert James and Betty Virginia Morris Niehaus.

Mr. Niehaus was a bartender and worked maintenance for Legion of Guardsman Post # 2, Wheeling and he was a member of the Pipefitter Local 83.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Leona June McFarland Niehaus in December 2011.

Surviving are four children, Melissa Niehaus of Wheeling, Eric Niehaus of Wheeling, Ashley Niehaus of Benwood and Aaron Niehaus of Wheeling; brothers and sisters, Agnes Orum, Jim Niehaus, Teresa Heslop, Shirley Naumann and Anne Edwards and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2012 at the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304- 242-2311) with Pastor Deborah Gable officiating.

Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
