Huggins, Ruth G., 80, resident of Wheeling, WV died Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.

She was born March 27, 1931 in Wheeling, the daughter of the late Robert and Edna Wise Tukesbrey.

She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Loyd Huggins; granddaughter Aimee Renee Carney; a brother Donald Tukesbrey.

Surviving are her daughters, Mary R. Huggins, Evelyn Petros, Ruth A. Carney and Liz Huggins all of Wheeling; a sister Virginia Tukesbrey of Wheeling; a brother Jim Tukesbrey of CA.; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Kepner Funeral Home, Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Avenue, Wheeling, WV 26003 (304-277-2722). Service and Interment at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Liz Huggins, 151 North 20th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.
