Skinto, Shirley Lee Crowe, 78, of Wheeling,WV, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013 in the Heartland Lansing Nursing Home, Bridgeport, OH.
She was born in Wheeling,WV on December 25, 1934, the daughter of the late Charles and Marie Jefferson Crowe.
Shirley was a lifelong member of the Trinity Lutheran Church a homemaker and a former employee of Wheeling Stamping Company.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Skinto on April 5, 1988, a son, Stephen Charles, a daughter, Albina Marie, four brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. Skinto is survived by three sons, Jeff, John and Joseph Skinto all of Wheeling and a daughter, Joan L (Keith) Loeffler of Wheeling, WV.
There will be no visitation.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 3545 Jacob Street, South Wheeling.
