Philip E. Dickman, manager of the Kepner Funeral Home in Elm Grove area of Wheeling, West Virginia, was born in Sharon, PA on May 8, 1945. He attended the Ohio State University and Graduated with honors from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1967.
He started with Kepner Funeral Home in June, 1963. Became the manager of the Elm Grove funeral home in October, 1975. He is married to Patricia Holcombe Dickman, has three children and five grandchildren.
