Rust, Frances C. Wilson, 84, of Wheeling, WV., died Monday, December 12, 2011 at her home.

She was born November 18, 1927 in Fayetteville, WV. Mrs. Rust was a homemaker and a professional seamstress. She was a Catholic by faith.

Mrs. Rust was preceded in death by her husband, Otto Edward Rust in 1995.

Surviving are daughters, Barbara Walker and her husband, Dan of Hampton, VA and Carolyn McCullough of Niles, OH; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Friends will be on Thursday, December 15. 2011 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home National Road at Bethany Pike, Wheeling (304-232-2732) with the Reverend Jeremiah McSweeney officiating. Interment in Park View Memorial Gardens, Wheeling.
