CREIGHTON, Robert Dante Delresse Lequan, 25, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Sunday, May 4, 2003, in Wheeling Hospital. Sadly missed by his wife, Jackie Lynn Creighton of Wheeling; his mother, Allecia Mechell Creighton of Cleveland, Ohio; his father, Robert Henry Cox of Wheeling; his dad and stepmother, Michael Vonzell and M. Sandra Truett of Cleveland; five brothers, Jamar Creighton, Brandon Creighton, Robert Lee Saunders Jr., Rafael Perales, all of Wheeling, and James Harris of Cleveland; four sisters, Arieane Cox of Bellaire, Ohio, Ebony Cox of Michigan, Lashawnda Saunders of Wheeling, and Tyecia Mone Stevens of Cleveland; his daughter, Kyra and son, Day-Shon Creighton, both at home; two stepdaughters, Jazzlyn Hall and Tamara Bumgardner, both at home; grandparents, Colene Creighton of Wheeling, William Edward Creighton Sr. of Detroit, Mich., Henry Cox of Steubenville, Ohio, John J.D. and Arrie Truett of Cleveland; his Godparents, Donna Saunders, Robert Lee Saunders Sr.; uncles, Bryant Creighton Sr. of Wheeling, Rico Cox of Cleveland, James Truett of Atlanta, Ga., Dell Stevens of Cleveland, and John Truett of Cleveland; his aunts, Laverne Etheridge and Tasanta Stevens, both of Cleveland, Karen Daniels of Wheeling and Debby Jordan of Martins Ferry, Ohio; his great-grandmother, Beatrice Burress of Wheeling; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dorothy Cox; and his uncle, William Creighton Jr. Friends received 5-9 p.m. Friday at Kepner Funeral Home, National Road at Bethany Pike, Wheeling, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 10, 2003 with his uncle the Rev. James Truett and the Rev. Willie Stinson officiating. Interment in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
