Peyton, Todd Russell, 48, of Bellaire, OH., died Friday, May 18, 2012 in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling.
He was born February 12, 1964 in Wheeling, WV., son of the late Howard and Joanne Neuhart Peyton.
Mr. Peyton owner of the Paint Enterprises in Bellaire, OH; a member of the Friends Church in St. Clairsville, OH and a graduate of West Liberty University.
Surviving are his wife of 16 years Alyssa Jo Kemp Peyton; a daughter, Caitlin Peyton of Wheeling and a brother, Craig Peyton of Wheeling.
Friends will be received from 12-3 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311) where service will be held on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Wenger officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.

I am so sorry to hear of Todd's passing, I have such a heavy heart right now and I wish I could have come to his services but I just found out. I hope you are finding the strength to believe he is with your mom & dad in heaven and watching over you. You are all in my prayers.

I am very saddened to hear of Todd's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the Peyton family at this time. I worked with Todd 20 years ago at Zides and will always remember how kind and dedicated he was to his family, friends and his work.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. We only knew Todd and Alyssa through Alyssa's mom Linda but we prayed along with you all from the moment he went into the hospital. We continue to pray now for his family and friends as they go through these trying times. May the Lord comfort you all as I am sure Todd is with Him now.

I was shocked to see TODD's name in obits as I read Sunday's paper online Saturday night. While not a close friend, it seems like I've known TODD forever. I always considered him the most honest and trustworthy person I know. The world has been made a better place by TODD's presence, even though his time here was far shorter than he deserved. My thoughts and sympathy go out to his family and his friends. I will miss the big guy with the big heart as I'm sure many others will.

What a devastating blow notice of Todd's passing. I've always known Todd to be a quality young man. I hold him and his family in the highest regard; and am deeply saddened by his loss,and because I couldn't pay my respects in person. Hopefully GOD will bring all of you through this tragic loss

I am so sorry Alyssa for the loss of Todd. I was so shocked to hear of the news. He is going to be so dearly missed at the Staples copy center. I am very sorry to read in the paper about Todd. It has been awhile since I last saw Todd and I did not realize he was in the hospital. My prayers go out to his wife,kids and family.
