Born March 28, 1925 in Wheeling WV and was raised by his grandmother Ida mother after his mother's premature death.
William was a member of St Alphonsus church Wheeling where he faithfully served his God and his church family.
William (Bud) was also a professional truck driver for Suburban Motor Freight and has been retired for over 24 years.
During his professional career Bud was a charter member of the Ohio Professional Rodeo Drivers Association.
William was the Ohio State 3 Axle Champion at numerous Ohio State rodeos, competed in National ATA Rodeo events, and served in various leadership and coaching roles at the National ATA Trucking Rodeos around the country. William also was the first winner of the Paul Good Memorial Champion Rodeo Award with the Ohio Professional Rodeo Drivers Association. William was also a proud member of Teamsters Local # 697.
He was preceded in death by his Mother Myrtle Boring Bondi, and Maternal Grand parents Ida and Hiram Boring.
William is survived by his Loving Wife of 64 years Genevieve Gayda Boring, Sons William E. Boring Jr. and his wife Maureen, Rickey Lee Boring and his wife Nancy, Kelley Boring and his wife Joyce, and Daughter Beverley Boring Blamey and husband Chris. William is also survived by a loving family of seven grand children, a grand-daughter-in-law and a soon to be Great Grandchild along with his beloved friends Dave and Annelle Porter of Hebron, OH.
Friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 at Kepner Funeral Home 36th Street,
Wheeling. Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday October 1st at 10:00 am at St. Alphonsus Church with Reverend Frank O'Kruta as celebrant. Interment in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, Wheeling.

We have laid you to rest yet your courage, cheerfulness, love, strength, Godliness, faithfulness, hard working spirit and your love for Mom will live on within each of us in the years to come. We are so sorry that Uncle Bud has passed on. He was a wise, wonderful, gentle, kind, strong, hard working, honest man with a great sense of humor. The world will be a poorer place without him. We will remember him with smiles and love.
