We consider our pets to be a part of our family. For this reason Kepner Funeral Homes in Wheeling, West Virginia, has established Renpek Pet Services, a separate business exclusively for individual pet cremations and pet burial services. Named after the Kepner Family's pet, Renpek Pet Services is dedicated to serving only pets. We will provide the very best service to you and your loved and cherished pet through excellent care and compassion during this difficult time. Our objective, as a family-owned business, is to design a ritual that pays tribute to a pet who was loved by family members as a means to encourage the family to create a focus for shared memories.

A pet's unconditional love creates a special bond between the owner and their pet. The years of companionship and joy that a pet brings to a family truly makes the pet a member of the family. In fact, surveys show that about 84 percent of pet owners consider their animal companions to be members of the family. The staff of Renpek Pet Services extends our deepest sympathy to you for the loss of your loved one and cherished pet. We realize that the emotional pain can be overwhelming with the loss of your pet's companionship and love. We understand your needs and can assist in helping you make the decisions regarding the peaceful placement of your pet. We guarantee that each pet will be handled with care and cremated individually at our pet crematory, or we can contact a cemetery to make arrangements for burial.

Renpek Pet Services also offers:

  • Transportation of your pet from residence or veterinary office.
  • A counselor is available to offer guidance and assistance with arrangements following the death of your pet
  • Pet caskets, urns, monuments, engraved brass plates, and crystal memory keepsakes for memorialization.
