William T. Burke, Jr. is the manager of the Kepner Funeral Home in Burke Chapel. He graduated from Wheeling Central Catholic High School in 1975, attended WV Northern Community College, and graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1978. He has been employed at Kepner Funeral Home since 1977. He is the father of two daughters, Andrea and Julie. He is active with his daughters in softball and basketball. |
